影響使用即時通訊軟體行為意圖之研究

摘要

由於網路科技的進步,即時通訊軟體的出現讓資訊交流與資料的傳輸更加便利。本研究以計劃行為理論和科技接受模式為基礎,結合神迷與網路成癮理論,建構影響使用即時通訊軟體行為意圖之架構。透過問卷調查與統計分析,探討影響使用即時通訊軟體行為意圖之主要因素和路徑。其中包括對即時通訊軟體入迷成份的萃取

本研究係以大學生為對象,經問卷前測與正式施測後,結果顯示:(1)對即時通入迷的潛在成份包括:時間耗損、生活作息、緊黏性,而其影響因素包括專注與知覺愉悅,其中專注對入迷有統計上顯著的影響;(2)除態度、主觀規範與行為控制認知之外,入迷因素也對使用意圖有顯著影響,其中又以態度對使用意圖的影響較大;(3)目前最常使用的即時通訊軟體為MSN Messenger(4)文字聊天、檔案傳輸、多人交談、郵件輔助、互動遊戲為使用即時通訊軟體最頻繁的前五項功能。此外,本研究也對不同樣本特質分析對即時通入迷及行為意圖的影響。最後對研究結果提出一些建議。

Abstract

The Instant Messenger (IM) becomes more popular and makes data communication more convenient than before. This paper explores the direct and indirect factors influencing the intention of using IM. Especially, the flow and addiction factors leading to the IM intention is discussed in the study.

The study is based on the TPB, TAM, flow and addiction theories. Through questionnaire and statistics analysis, some results are as follows: (1) the components of addiction in IM are time attrition, abnormal life activities, and sticking. Although its influencing factors consist of concentration and perceived playfulness; however, only the concentration has the significant effect on the addiction. (2) Attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control as well as addiction in IM are the direct factors influencing the behavioral intention by using IM. Among them, attitude is the most important factor leading to the behavioral intention. Besides, (3) Most people use MSN Messenger; (4) Text chat, file transfer, multiple confabulation, mailing and interaction game are top five favorite functions in the IM. Finally, this paper also analyzes the different samples in IM addiction and their effects on the behavioral intention. Some recommendations on the results are suggested.
